1-What dates are available? Please call Knox’s Silver Valley’s Event Planner to coordinate a date.
2-How many people can Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall Accommodate? Knox’s Silver Valley can serve up to 450ppl. Serving buffet style with 1 ½ to a 2 serving time frame. Knox’s Silver Valley also offers a sit down buffet which is guided up by the staff to ensure organization for approx. 300ppl. Or less. Family Style serving is suggested for guest counts ranging from 15-2500ppl. With an additional charge.
3-Does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall have any wedding packages? Please check with Knox’s Silver Valley’s Event Planner for any updated wedding or banquet packages.
4-What is the rental fee for the use of the Main Hall/bar and/or Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall entire premise? Is there a minimum guest count required? There is No Hall Fee if the event has a minimum of 250ppl. A hall fee will be applied if guest counts are less than 250ppl.
5-Will there be more than one event held at Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall on the date that we confirm on? Will there be time for our group to decorate or does your facility assist with decorating? Knox’s Silver Valley requires 250ppl. Or more. If you would like your reservation to have a private facility, a hall fee is required. Depending on the arrangements made with the Event Planner, there may be specific times to come in and decorate.
6-What is the length of time of our reservation do we have at Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall? Typically, Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall is Closed by 12:00/1:00am. However, different arrangements can be made.
7-Does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall require a deposit? Additional payments made throughout the reservation period? There is a $500.00 deposit at the signing of your contract to confirm the date that you have chosen. Additional payments are required during the duration of holding your reserved date.
8-What is the cancellation policy? When would the last date be to cancel? Refund policy? To cancel your scheduled date, signed documentation must by drawn up. Any and all deposits made throughout the duration of your scheduled event are nonrefundable, only if the reserved area is not re booked by a group of the same or greater size.
9-What menu selections does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall offer? Please check our website from a Banquet Menu.
10- Can I customize my menu choices? Knox’s Silver Valley does offer customizing. Talk to coordinator to discuss further details.
11-Is there a minimum food order needed? Knox’s Silver Valley Event Planner can discuss in further detail based on the specific event.
12-Does your menu provide meals for specific dietary needs or vegetarians? If there is a dietary need or vegetarians, please let your Event Planner aware. Knox’s Silver Valley does accommodate to these needs.
13-What types of Beverage Services are available at Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall’s? What are your average Beer/Wine/Soda costs? Please check our website within the Banquet Menu Information.
14-Does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall have an additional charge for a private bartender? Knox’s Silver Valley does have an additional charge to a “private” bartender. There is a $10 per hour.
15-Does the cakes need to come from a licensed bakery? Yes, or any licensed vender.
16-Is there a cake cutting fee? Yes. There is an additional fee of $50 or more, to be determined by the number of pieces of cut for Knox’s Silver Valley to cut and serve your cake
17-Does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall provide wedding supplies and accessories such as linen, centerpieces, fountains, ice sculptures, projection equipment, etc.? What is the additional cost to these items?

Located on premise by Silver Valley’s Heart Shaped Pond and Landscaped garden. $250.00
Includes PA system and background music 40 white chairs and 6 benches.

Hurricane Candle Holder with candles and mirror with other accents.

Cloth Linen
Color selections are available for cloth napkins. Prices apply to guest count.
Rental fee ranges from $70.00-$190.00

Available in bride and groom cut, heart cut, Swan cut, and basket cut.
18-Does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall have an in-house DJ service?

19-Is there any guidelines for music/noise levels? Please discuss more in detail with event planner.
20-Does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall offer a safe ride? Knox’s Silver Valley may have safe ride tickets available. Please inquire.
21-Does Knox’s Silver Valley Bar and Banquet Hall have any connections/contracts with any close hotels or discounts with those venues? At this time, there are no immediate contracts with other venues. However, Knox’s Silver Valley does refer.
22-Is there a specific hall set-up that we need to follow? Due to spacing and what equipment is available, such as the difference in table size, Knox’s Silver Valley does encourage a specific table arrangement. However, table arrangements can be customize due to event group size and requests.
23-Can we hang or post items around and within the hall? Knox’s Silver Valley does not allow items being hung or posted within the hall.
